Ingredienti per 4 persone
una zucca piccola
olio extravergine di oliva
aglio
maggiorana
pane grattugiato (a piacimento)
lievito in scaglie (a piacimento)

Preparazione
Sbucciate la zucca e mettetela in una casseruola della quale avrete coperto il fondo con
l’olio extravergine di oliva. Tritate l’aglio, aggiungete il sale (un bel po’, perchè la zucca è
molto dolce) e fate rosolare il tutto per qualche minuto stando attenti che non si attacchi al
fondo. Successivamente, aggiungete un po’ d’acqua, io di solito vado a occhio, dipende
anche da quanto è grande la zucca! Aggiungete la maggiorana e lasciate cuocere finchè
la zucca non si sarà sciolta fino a diventare una purè (può darsi che serva aggiungere
altra acqua durante la cottura). Chi lo gradisse, a fine cottura, può aggiungere il lievito a
scaglie o il pane grattugiato.

Note
La cosa più complicata di questa ricetta è sbucciare la zucca!
